February 2009 - Gutz Logic announces the availability of a PCI Express x1 demo card using Actel's ProAsic3 FPGA and Texas Instrument's TIXIO1100 x1 PHY chip.

January 2009 - Gutz Logic partners with Actel Corporation as a Companion Core Provider, providing PCI Express solutions for  Actel's outstanding ProAsic3 family of FPGAs.

- Gutz Logic announces their PCI Express x1 endpoint targeted for Actel's ProAsic3 family of FPGAs using a Texas Instrument TIXIO1100 x1 PHY chip as the PHY interface.

October 2008 - Dr. Jim Joseph is appointed Gutz Logic President and CEO.  Dr. Joseph brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and leadership to the already outstanding team of Gutz Logic Inc.  Dr. Joseph is well known and well respected throughout the semiconductor industry. Dr. Joseph brings long standing relationships with several  prestigious companies in the industry.
